I should have updated on my birthday, but I was too lazy and busy! 🙂

Last weekend was fun. I had a small get-together Fri. night and got drunk with some friends. I got two little fall-themed tins with candles inside, a Punky cow beanie baby, a figurine of Gandalf riding Shadowfax and a Dark Rider from my friends Fri. night. on Sunday, I got lots of cards, a pillow case for my living room, two fancy cat coat hangers, a necklace Mom made and had put in a little candy tin for me, an angel ornament, $22, a Rainbow Brite t-shirt with the characters dressed as ravers on it, and a figurine of Trinity being assimilated into the Matrix.

In the afternoon, Mike’s family came over and we had pizza for dinner while the kids watched Spaceballs. Disney’s Dinosaur was on afterwards, so we watched bits of that. It’s a sad movie though, as the whole premise is that it’s the beginning of the end of dinosaurs… and they personify them so much in that film, it’s hard not to feel sorry for them!

This weekend there’s lots to do, as it’s Thanksgiving. Fri. night we’re going to Octoberfest, Sat. night we’re going to see Armin van Buuren at The Guvernment, and Sun. we’re going to Mike’s family’s house for Thanksgiving dinner. That reminds me, I need to get ingredients to make chocolate chip cookies, and maybe even *gasp* pumpkin pie! Or I might just buy the pie… 😉
