Pattaya

We have just been away for a w/e retreat in Pattaya, from our Church here in BKK.
There is a big organization in Pattaya, looking after orphans, and street kids, as well as others (see this web site http://www.fr-ray.org/en100100.php).
Pattaya is sin city Thailand. Started by American GI’s during the Vietnam thing as the #1 place for R&R. Quite a dreadful place.
In the middle of it is this wonderful oasis of “good” going on.
These are our 2 sponsored street kids; 7 (boy) and 11 (girl).
They are lovely kids, with a really sad background.
Had a great few hours with them.
